A luxury first floor apartment set within a small development close to the centre of Callander. There is a secure entrance hall leading to this self contained apartment. Being adjacent to footpaths to the open countryside behind yet within five minutes walk to the town and the riverside park it is an ideal location for activities as well as essential facilities such as restaurants and shops.

The property sleeps up to 4 persons. There are two bedrooms, one being a double with a 6ft wide bed which can be converted to 2 single beds and benefits from en-suite facilities (vanity sink unit, wc and shower). The second is a twin with a separate bathroom immediately opposite.

The fitted kitchen incorporates integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is a gas hob, an electric oven and a microwave.

The lounge dining room is comfortably furnished and facilities include a television and DVD player.

There is an allocated parking space for the apartment and further parking in the cul-de-sac road around the property.

Whilst all bedding is included and beds will be made up on arrival, towels are not included and there is no cleaning service available during the week. The property benefits from gas central heating and all fuel costs are included in the rent.

We regret that smoking and pets are not allowed in the property. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 7 years.

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday with keys to be collected from Dunmor House between 2pm and 4pm unless by prior arrangement.

Short Breaks of 3 or 4 days commencing Saturdays £250 excluding July, August and Bank Holiday periods.

A deposit of £100 is required for all bookings and the balance is payable six weeks in advance. Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.
